We understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines how order cancellations are handled.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@staplefurniture.com or +1 760-390-4867. Include your order number in your request.

We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already entered our processing and shipping workflow. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, and orders placed before 5:00 PM CST on business days may be processed the same day.

If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You have two options:

Refuse delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The item will be returned to us, and we'll process a refund once we receive it, minus any non-refundable shipping fees.

Return after receipt: Accept the delivery and follow our standard return process. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility for standard returns. See our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds for canceled orders are processed within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
